We have two manufactiring sites, one site is for plastic injection molding parts, the other site is for aluminum die casting foundry and machining facility.
In plastic manufacturing facilty, we have machines from 90T to 2200T, and we produce both small and big parts. Our injection molding facility is ISO9001, ISO14000 and OHSAS18001 certified.
In the aluminum die casting foundry, we have machines from 120T to 900T, and they are all automatic casting lines.
In the machining facility, we have 25 sets CNC macining centers, 27 sets CNC turning machines, 12 sets drilling and milling machining centers, etc on site. Machining We have an high standard inspection room, which has two sets CMM, projector, etc. This facilitiy is also ISO9001 certified.
